Loved the spot! Super close to everything and the views were amazing. The beds were really comfy too. Staff at the door and cleaning crew were friendly. Just wish the check-in process felt warmer; it was a bit too routine, you know? the carpet could use some love.

The room was very nicely appointed and comfortable, with a texting system and efficient elevator. Friendly, professional staff.

the "Great Lakes" restaurant offered superb food and friendly, efficient service. the location allowed us to see all of the city, and the rooftop bar was simply amazing.
There was nothing we didn't like! 🌟
